Welcome to

LaToscana' Studio

an art studio where learning real artistic skill can be realized in a creative and comfortable environment.

By signing up for our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

*An in studio registration will need to be completed prior to start of art session.

*At the beginning of each month you schedule your participation and pay for classes on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the 7th you will be charged a late fee and will not be able to attend class until payment and late fee are paid. Should you choose not to attend your scheduled class you forfeit your scheduled time and any money paid for that class. A make up fee will apply to reschedule missed session/s. 

*Each student is expected to attend their scheduled class and bring their own art supplies (if you have this as part of your arranged schedule) 

Make up Sessions: makeup session in same month only, according to availability.

(Should the Instructor cancel, you will be allowed to make that class up at no fee.)

Refunds: No Refunds on: registration, classes, late fee, makeup sessions, studio storage, supplies purchased, workshops and studio snacks/refreshments. 

*No guest allowed in session with student without prior approval from instructor. 

*Right to Cancel

Class schedules are arranged for you specifically. All classes are subject to availability. Paid class session/s can be terminated by LaToscana' Studio with no refunds for student refusal to cooperate, for disruptive speech and/or actions, and for an over all disinterest in art classes at studios discretion. 

Students are expected to follow all studio rules and regulations.

LaToscana' Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

LaToscana' Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.                                                   LaToscana' Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
